The title says it all. This is the best notebook I have ever used, and I’ve used a lot of notebooks. It’s as though someone from Top Flight asked me to list all of the things that I hated about notebooks and solved all those problems for me, then came up with some additions to sweeten the deal.
The durable plastic covers are pretty common nowadays, but they bear mention, because mine has protected my work more than once from spills in cafes. The tabs are nice, but even nicer is the big yellow tab, which is part of a plastic divider that can be taken out of the binding and replaced wherever you want. Stop writing, stick the yellow divider there, and go right to where you left off, no thumbing through required. The pockets in the dividers are diagonal so that what you put into them doesn’t fall out the moment you turn the notebook the wrong way, and they hold a lot more paper than you’d expect. And they’ve somehow made a spiral binding that doesn’t start unwinding itself, no matter how much you abuse it. (I abuse my notebooks a lot.)
The last thing, and this might sound stupid, but the paper is heavier than I’m used to. Artists will probably tell you right off that heavier paper makes a difference, but I never thought it’d make a difference to me, a writer. And yet it does. It feels better and holds graphite better so that it doesn’t smear on my hands.
All in all, it’s a great notebook. If you’re the notebook using sort, I recommend it.

Very nice, functional notebook. I ordered two of them. But they definitely did not have heavyweight 20-pound paper. I saw that another reviewer commented on liking the heavier paper, so maybe they sent me the wrong ones. The notebooks I got had thin, flimsy paper that a pen would have bled right through. The heavy paper is the main reason I ordered these and that’s not what I received. I’m returning them.

Having been using plain old notebooks my entire life, I wanted to get something a little more spiffy for my first time college experience. I am very pleased with my purchase. The dividers are very nice, with folders for leaf papers. The paper is also nice to write on, and it looks very stylish. I suggest everyone looking for a nice, organized notebook to buy this product. It won’t let you down.
