Ramona athletic director John Tibbels likes to tell a joke … about when the contractors refurbishing the Rams football stadium began work and they asked on what date the stadium needed to be done. “We told them Sept. 10,” Tibbels said. “They said ‘No problem.’ ” Later, as the deadline became more harried, they asked again. “Sept. 10,” Tibbels told them.
