This product is misrepresented as brand new in amazon friendly packaging.
However, these are actually used and returned products, not even refurbished in any way.
I ordered two units and both of them were clearly used. In addition, one came with a bad xerox copy of the manual and the other with a non-compatible verizon charger instead of motorola. I didn’t even bother to see if they work or not before returning them.
I really wanted to support Amazon and the environment with the brown packaging, but if I knew these were used and returned, I’d never bother. Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging – NEVER AGAIN! What a disappointment!
Amazon – please update the product description to clearly tell customers what you are really selling in those boxes.

I have been shopping with Amazon for several years now, and honestly this is the first time I have ever been disapointed in the quality of an item here.
First of all, the item does not appear to be new, it seems to be a refurbished or returned version of this product. And if you can’t read Spanish, don’t even bother ordering this item. The only copy of the users manual was written entirely in Spanish and there are no English instructions included in the package.
I was really hoping to support Amazon and the environment with their new packaging, but I’m very sorry I did. I should have chose the other version with the “original” packaging.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging
I will not choose that option ever again. Definitely a disappointment!

I agree with the recent reviewers. The speakerphone had scratches on it indicating previous use, even though the condition is described as new. Also, the visor clip was broken, not allowing a firm grip to the visor. The instruction manual is printed in Spanish suggesting that the item was designated for another market. (It was easy enough to download an English pdf manual from Motorola’s site, though.)
I should have heeded all the previous reviewers. I thought Amazon was better than this! (I am still supporting Amazon, as I ordered another speakerphone with better reviews.)

I started buying regularly from Amazon when I ran into what I would call a scam.
The frusatration free packaging sounded ok and less packaging seemed like a win win.
The product is is represented as new but when it arrived it had clear marks of wear and was not even the right one. It was a Jabra unit.
I called customer service and raised my concern that this are in fact returned items. I offered to pay more to get the new product but the Amazon employee told me there was no need and that she initiated an exchange and a ordered a -new- unit to be shipped.
The second one arrived and it was Motorola this time but it was also used before.
The trust the was built after a few good experiences buying from Amazon is gone now and I decided to write this review.

Got this for $25 and free shipping, which was fast, and it works like a charm. Its palm sized and when fully charged, the battery will last for days. Great sound quality. The only thing I find annoying is the constant beeping when you have no signal, other than that its an excellent value. I looked at many places online and I couldnt find one for less than $50. Great product, well worth the money!! I use mine at home because I can only get a cell phone signal in certain spots so I can leave my cell in one spot and stream my music through bluetooth and walk anywhere in the house and listen to my music while monitoring for calls and email all at the same time with this thing. I LOVE it. Highly recommended. Oh and the distance you get with this thing is superb.
