Review by Derek Broussard for Aeris Manta Scuba and Free Diving Wrist Computer “Old Style” – Blue
    Rating:
In almost all aspects this watch exceeds my expectations. Not only is the battery user replaceable but its extremely user friendly.

    the aries Manta

    Good:

    Big Screen, large numbers.

    sample time 1/sec

time is in min and seconds.

up to three depth alarms that can be set bydepth ie; 30′ (start soft kicks),60′(start sink faze),100′

alarm is loud enough to hear with hood on.

alarm has a led light that blinks whith alarm.

    Bad:

Free mode has to be set every time with wet activation.

In order to set to free mode hold mode button for 9 sec then dive.

if you miss the order or wait to long to dive, or dive withoug setting to free mode you will be stuck in norm mode for the whole dive. (this has happend twice already)

I do not think its possible to “scroll” through past dives other than the last dive.

I have used many Freedive friendly dive watches. This watch is my favorite so far.
