Please be aware: I was greatly dissappointed…I felt like it was a bait and switch. I just received notebooks, and they did NOT have the hook-n-go feature. If you–like me–ordered them bacause of this feature, please check to be sure your item is exactly what you ordered! What you see SHOULD be what you get. So, please check your order once you receive it. Amazon has since told me that they were going to make this right, but as I just received the new shipment today the new notebooks are exactly the same as the originals that I received– Still no hook and go feature!

I buy by the box cuz I have a tribe of youngsters practising their writing & drawing skills. They love starting a big empty book. I always write & draw on the front page before I wrap ’em for birthdays or Xmas. I also give a set of colorful Pentel Mini R.S.V.P. Ball Point Pens, 1.0 Millimeter Medium Tip, Assorted Ink Colors, 8-Pack (BK91MNBP8M) which fit their hands perfectly.

One Composition book for $1.13 or 12 for $1.33 each? Does anyone pay attention to the pricing at all or does the computer just tweak prices around based on how much of a sucker it thinks I am?

Dump your yellow pads and join the mead composition book club. The thickness of the pages just perfect (thin enough so you can feel you’ve wrote on them, I love it!). Different colors for different subjects and the old school look. Perfect for work or school, these notebooks continue to knock my socks off like the first time, no matter how many other books I buy. Can’t beat the price, either.
