I would buy again from this seller. The laptop was packaged safe for shipping and arrived quickly. The product matched the description and was in great working order. No instruction manual included, so I would suggest downloading one or asking for one if you do not know how to use a laptop or are a beginner. I was nervous to purchase electronics online… no regrets at all with this one, very impressed.

When I purchased a refurbished computer I expected to get a computer that I could used for a year or longer until a new one cauld be purchased. After receiving the computer and using for two weeks it stopped working. In one months time I spent $500.00 and now have nothing to show for it. The computer is sitting unable to use because it does not turn on.

I ordered this used laptop for my husband because he needed one for on-line College courses. It arrived in two days with all the software needed. Can’t beat it for the price. It did have a couple of mild scratches, but besides that it runs fine. I recommend!! Thanks!
