Thermaltake can always be counted on for a quality product and this case is no exception. In fact, it turned out to be the best case I’ve ever had to deal with. I finally have a case whose interior doesn’t look like Medusa having a bad hair day. I originally purchased it for my new computer because I had read in a review that it could house a GTX260 graphics card (a hefty piece of electronics at 10.5″).

    Pros:

    1. Can handle modern video cards (with 1/4″ to spare)

    2. Light weight for its size

    3. Truly engineered to be user-friendly (case access, drive bay covers, clips to hold in cards)

    4. Excellent ability to route cables

    5. Removable HDD case

    6. Screwless installation for, HDD’s, optical drives, and cards.

    7. Superb air flow

    8. Durable construction

    9. Sharp look. Not as ostentatious as I first thought would based upon the picture.

    Cons:

    1. Large fan on side window is more audible than I’d like. It’s not deafening, but it’s definitely there.

    2. No apparent way to connect case fans to motherboard. I’ve seen and heard of variable speed fans that can be adjusted by the MB depending on cooling needs (and therefore reducing noise), but this just has regular Molex type connectors. Admittedly, I have not looked into any type of adaptors, etc that might remedy the problem.

All in all, I couldn’t recommend this case more to anyone. I love it.

Best case compared to the ultra and antec I bought in the past. It’s big for a medium ATX and I had no problem fitting my GTX260 card in. I also love the total tool free design and the 230mm fan.

This case is beauty to look at. It’s like a work of computer art. I like the steel constuction. For being advertised as a mid-tower it’s pretty big. It definietly has a lot of space to move your hands about on the inside. Also, it has more than enough slots and bays. I also like the option of the water cooling since I may upgrade to that in the future. Even with air cooling one should not have issues with overheating. This is my 1st armor product, but if they keep building ’em like this i’ll keep buying.

First comptuer i built from scratch. Great case. So much room inside. I have the i7 chipset and bought Vigor Monsoon III. It comes right up to the clear side but still fits.

Wish it had a motherboard tray that slides out. Connecting hardrives can be a pain too since its sideways.

    Pros:

-Very sturdy case and lots of room inside.

    -Solid cable management.

    -Beautifully designed and great lighting.

-I have a fairly beefy CPU and an ATI 4000 series graphic card that vent internally and all the fans keep everything running perfectly cool.

-Does not require any tools to open the front panel of the case or to install Drives, Cards, or HDs

    Cons:

    – Top drawer slider can come off the tracks, but it is fairly easy to pop back in.

    – If you are concerned about noise the fan can get a bit loud, but I don’t mind it as the computer sits in a dedicated office. It’s not super loud – my graphics card fan is actually louder than the case fans.

    Additional Thoughts:

I bought this case over a year ago on a pretty stellar Cyber Monday deal and it has been a great case. I have also added a couple of Red CCFL light tubes from Mono-Price and it has added to the cool light show effect. It does everything I need it to and has plenty of room for future expansion.
