‘Those who sell off free laptops will be blacklisted’
MIRI: Recipients under the 1Malaysia Computer Programme who sell their free laptops will be blacklisted. Deputy Information, Communication and Culture Minister Datuk Joseph Salang Gandum issued the warning when contacted by The Borneo Post yesterday.
